- Renovate and expand our Grand Chute Women’s Casa Clare residential treatment location, adding 25,000 square feet
- Relocate our men’s treatment program (currently at Mooring House in Appleton) to the Casa Clare site
- Create a unified residential treatment center, serving both women and men
- Establish a fully integrated recovery campus that co-locates treatment, employment, and support services

- Continue providing gender-specific care while enhancing the overall experience for every client
- Create a welcoming, home-like environment
- Strengthen peer and family support services, helping loved ones become part of the recovery journey
- Expand training/meeting space to support client recovery growth
- Bring treatment, employment and wrap-around recovery services together on one walkable site
